Compulsory registration of the projects falling under any one of the two conditions as listed Below:
No such promoter as covered in the ambit of the act mentioned above shall advertise, market, book, sell, offer or invite to purchase in any manner any plot, apartment or buildings without registering the real estate project with the Real Estate Regulatory Authority.
