Rule 10(2) of The West Bengal Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules 2021 outlines the registration fees payable by the real estate agents for registration with WBRERA.
The real estate agents shall pay a registration fee at the time of application for registration either by way of a demand draft drawn on any scheduled bank or by electronic fund transfer system as shown below:–
