Rule 3(3) of The West Bengal Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules 2021 outlines the registration fees payable by the developers for registration of the project with WBRERA.
The promoter shall pay a registration fee at the time of application for registration either by way of a demand draft drawn on any scheduled bank or by electronic fund transfer system as shown below:–
