In case a buyer cancels the flat within 16-30 days of issuance of Allotment letter – 1% of the cost of the Unit shall be deducted from the advance / deposit made by the Buyer and the remaining amount as paid by the buyer shall be refunded within 45 Days without any Interest. In case a buyer cancels the flat within 31-60 days of issuance of Allotment letter – 1.5% of the cost of the Unit shall be deducted from the advance / deposit made by the Buyer and the remaining amount as paid by the buyer shall be refunded within 45 Days without any Interest. In case a buyer cancels the flat after 61 days of issuance of Allotment letter – 2% of the cost of the Unit shall be deducted from the advance / deposit made by the Buyer and the remaining amount as paid by the buyer shall be refunded within 45 Days without any Interest.
