After handing over the possession of the respective Unit to the allotees, it is the responsibility of the promoter to facilitate the formation of association of allotees so that maintenance of the common area of the project is well taken care of. We At RERASATHI work in close co-ordination with the promoter as well as allotees in the formation of the Apartment owners association. Our services under formation of association include:

• Attending a meeting prior to formation of association with the promoter and allotees to decide on the process of association formation.
• Collecting and arranging necessary documents from the promoter as well as the allotees.
• Validating the documents received along with preparation of other relevant documents
• Submission of Documents to the competent authority under West Bengal Apartment Act, 1972.
• Liaising with the authority for obtaining the certificate of registration.
• Formalities and documentation for handover of Project by Promoter to Association of Allottees.
• Assistance in registration of Association of Allottees.
